Comments policy

1. Definitions:
'the website' or 'this website' means www.3xme.com.
'the user' or 'users' means you, or any other person who accesses the website, except the owner or those who work on the website with the owner's agreement.
'the author' means 'Annette Pettman trading as 3XME'.
'the 3XME guide' or 'the guide' means 'Memorising Multiplication Made Easy' (UK & US versions).
'comment' or 'comments' refers to comments in the 'Your comments' section of the website and responses to blog posts.

2. Under Age 16
Anyone under the age of 16 must obtain the permission of their parent or guardian before contributing a comment.

3. Replies
Comments should not require a reply, but a reply may be provided at the discretion of the author. The author's reply may be posted on the 'Your Comments' or 'Blog' section of the website as appropriate, or may be sent to the user's personal email address. For messages that require a reply, or which relate to a specific order, please email answers@3xme.com.

4. Language
Comments should be written in English.

5. Content
Comments should relate to the 3XME guide, related products & services offered by the website, the design of the website, the content on the website, or the user's related experience.
Comments should be courteous, legal, decent, honest, and should not contain inappropriate language.
Display names should not offend.
Comments may be positive or negative, but should always be constructive.
Comments may not refer to competitor products by name.

6. Permission
By submitting a comment, you grant the author a perpetual license to reproduce your words and display name.

7. Commercial Posts
Commercial posts are not permitted on this website. The opportunity to contribute comments and responses to blog posts does not extend to press releases, adverts or any other solicited or unsolicited commercial communication.

8. Links
Links to other websites, within a comment, are permitted if the link is relevant to the content of the comment, and the content of the linked website is legal, honest and decent. The primary purpose of a link must not be to advertise. The link must not direct users to a website which offers products or services that are in competition with this website. The author is not responsible for the content of linked sites, or any damage caused by accessing linked sites.

9. Contributors Comments should be written by genuine users who are writing on their own account.

10. Deletion
Comments which appear on the website may be deleted by the author at any time. Requests to have a comment deleted should be addressed to answers@3xme.com.

11. Non Display
The author is under no obligation to explain why a comment has not been displayed on the website.

12. Author Reserves the Right
Not to display comments that may have been contributed by competitors, or on behalf of competitors.
To make amendments to spelling and grammar. The user's original meaning will be retained.
To make amendments to a comment to bring it in line with this Comments Policy, e.g. the deletion of inappropriate language.

13. Compensation
Users are not entitled to be compensated for their comments, or for any suggestions that are subsequently used to improve the products and services offered by this website, or to improve the design and content of this website.
