3XME FAQs

Q1: Why are you called 3XME?
The name is derived from the full title of the 3XME guide: ‘Memorising Multiplication Made Easy’. Taking the first letter of each word, there are three letter ‘M’s and an ‘E’.

Q2: How do you say 3XME? Is each letter said separately?
Yes, it’s 3, then X (as in X-ray), then M, then E.

Q3: Are all purchases sent by downloadable file? Is anything sent through the post?
All purchases are sent by email. No products or services purchased from www.3xme.com are sent through the post.

Q4: Is the 3XME guide available to buy as a physical book?
Not yet, but we would be interested to hear from a publisher who would like to work with us.

Q5: How many pages are there in the 3XME guide?
There are 45 pages, including tables and illustrations, in both the UK English & US English versions. Once purchased and downloaded, the guide can be read on screen, or printed out, whichever you prefer.

Q6: Can I print off copies of the 3XME guide for my friends?
Under the purchase terms and conditions, you can print copies for yourself and any other people who occupy the same private postal address, as many times as you like. However, it would be breach of copyright for you to supply anyone else with the 3XME guide, except as a gift delivered by this website. Go to the 'Buy' page for further details.

Q7: Can I electronically transfer the 3XME guide and related music to another computer or device I own without being in breach of copyright?
If you're the purchaser of the 3XME guide, or have received it as a gift delivered by this website, you can transfer the files (including related music) to other devices you own. For instance, you may initially save the 3XME guide to your desktop computer, but then want to use it on your iPad. That's fine.

Q8: Can I electronically transfer the 3XME guide and related music to my friends and family?
No. The 3XME guide and related music purchased from the website may only be transferred to other computers or electronic devices owned by the purchaser, or those owned by the person who receives the guide and related music as a gift, providing it was delivered by the website.

Q9: Can I post the 3XME guide on my school's or any other website?
No, that would be breach of copyright. Being in breach of copyright entitles the owner to seek damages from you. It would also jeopardise our ability to offer free and unlimited access to the assess yourself exercises. Please be fair.

Q10: I'd prefer to give my credit card details over the phone, rather than the internet. Is that possible?
Yes. If you're in the UK phone 020 8995 0361 or, if outside the UK, phone +44 20 8995 0361. Alternatively, our Skype account name is 'call3XME'.
